It is understood that this membership is non-transferable. No assessments, assumption of liability or ownership.
It is understood that I can never be assessed as a matter of contract with the club that this membership does not confer upon me any ownership or liabilities regarding this membership other than the payment of dues and charges incurred by me, my family, and guests in the use of the club.

Dues are subject to adjustment as required. In addition, memberships have a minimum 3-month requirement.

It is understood that a valid credit or debit card will be required to be kept on file. This application serves as authorization to charge my credit or debit card for the charges that may appear on my monthly statement.
